While we hope our products earn their spot in your long-term regime, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That said, we are happy to offer exchanges only if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with a picture and video of the damaged or wrong product immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are unable to accept returns on our products. That said, if you have specific feedback for us after opening our products, please let us know so we are happy to find a solution together.
